- If the employee is arranged to extend the working hours beyond the daily legal standard working hours, the payment shall be no less than 150% of the employee’s hourly wage.
- If an employee is arranged to work on a rest day but cannot arrange compensatory leave, it shall be paid at not less than 200% of the employee’s daily or hourly salary.
- If an employee is arranged to work on statutory holidays, he/she shall be paid at least 300% of employee’s daily or hourly wages.
