The employer shall establish labor relations with the workers from the date of employment. The company shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, go through social insurance registration procedures for employees and pay social insurance according to law.
For example, if the company agree to hire the employee and sign the contract on September 13th, the employer shall pay the social security from that day, even if the employee is not hired for the whole month.
