Approved by the Beijing Municipal government, the Beijing Housing Fund Management Center will continue to implement the policy of 5% to 12% contribution ratio in 2020, and the upper limit of the monthly payment base will remain the same as the upper limit of RMB 27,786 in 2019.
The lower limit of employee monthly deposit base shall be adjusted after Beijing Human resources and Social security Bureau announces Beijing’s minimum wage standard.
