How is the salary paid during the marriage leave in China?

During the period when employees enjoy marriage leave according to law, the employers shall pay vacation wages. The calculation base of holiday salary is the monthly salary of normal attendance corresponding to the employee’s position, excluding the salary paid under special circumstances such as bonus, commuting transportation allowance, working meal allowance, housing allowance, middle and night shift allowance, summer high-temperature allowance, and overtime salary.
