Sourcing Manager Hiring
When you need to continuously source products from China, regardless of whether you have stable suppliers, you will need a local Sourcing Manager, or a QA/QC Engineer in China, to represent you in coordinating with the supply chain, maintaining relationships, and monitoring quality.
If you happen to have your own company in China, you can directly hire these employees through your company.
However, sourcing products from China does not necessarily require establishing a local entity. In this case, you can choose a certified Employer of Record (EOR) company like HROne to act as the employer on your behalf to hire these employees for you.
Relevant Process
- The client confirms the candidates and their compensation packages.
- The client and HROne sign a service agreement.
- HROne signs an employment contract with the candidates, making them EOR employees.
- During the employment period, the EOR employees work for the client, while HROne, as the legal employer, manages payroll, social insurance, and other statutory taxes. The client pays the total labor costs and service fees on a monthly basis as invoiced.
- During the employment period, the client can replace the EOR employees at any time by notifying HROne in advance and paying the required fees as per the law. HROne will handle the rest of the process.
- When the client no longer needs the EOR employees, they simply need to notify HROne in advance as per the agreement, pay the required fees as stipulated by law, and terminate the service. HROne will handle the termination process with the EOR employees.
